1: What are our payment options?

For sample / small order, it is 100% in advance

For mass production, it is 30% in advance and 70% balance against the copy of shipping documents

You can pay us via: Western Union / TT. Bank Transfer / MoneyGram

2: How to ship the products?

You can choose:

Express Air Courier: UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS, TNT, ARAMEX

Air Mail: China Post, Hongkong Post, Singapore Post

Sea Freight

Ex-Works - appoint your own freight forwarder to collect the goods from our warehouse.

3: How much does shipping cost?

It depends on the quantity of goods, the shipping method, and the country. we will provide a big discount price in view of our long-term group cooperation with many forwarders.

4: How long will take to ship order?

As long as there is stock available, we usually ship goods / sample within 3 working days

If we produce according to customers’ request, the lead time will be confirmed before you make the order.

5: How to place an order?

You can leave us a message or send us email to tell me what products and how many you need. we will send back a PI accordingly. You can follow the PI to pay us. Then the products will be in preparation. After getting the payment, the items will be sent out ASAP.

6: Quality Guarantee

Our company pays attention to product quality and abides to credit, and also does the best to provide the quality products and excellent service to customer. To build good after-sale service system, we draw up the quality guarantee according to the industrial standards combining field experience
